Where do our Eilat off-road trails take you?
The Nahal Shlomo trail is located just a few minutes drive from the beach and the southern hotel zone of Eilat. But when you arrive, you will feel like you are in the heart of the desert.
Nahal Shlomo
Nahal Shlomo gently descends from the Eilat Mountains to the Red Sea. It is a fascinating route with a mix of rock types and stunning desert views, where you can see colorful rocks and mountain goats wandering peacefully alongside acacia and tamarisk trees.
Eilat Massif
The riverbed is located in the Eilat Massif nature reserve, and the trail passes at the foot of Mount Tzfahot (shale mountain), Mount Yehoshafat, Rechavam, and of course Mount Shlomo. The most common plant in the channel is Riazan thin (edible), which is a very thorny bush blooming with blue flowers.
Shanti Atmosphere
Most of the year the trail is dry because floodwaters rarely reach it, so the plants have developed special features to retain water and reproduce. The landscape is magnificent, the silence is felt in every corner, and the infinite desert spaces emit an atmosphere of shanti, peace, and complete detachment.
A Real Adventure
It is important to bring water and recommended to travel year-round. The Nahal Shlomo trail can be done on foot or by bicycle, but driving an ATV is the most fun experience and combined with magical views, it is a real adventure. ATV Tour — who is it suitable for? ▼
The beauty of an attraction like an ATV tour in Eilat is that it can be combined with almost any trip, whether it is a family trip, a couples trip, group corporate trips, and more.
From what age is it possible to drive? ▼
You can drive upon presenting a valid driver's license category B. It is possible to drive even if you still have an accompanying driver or if you are a new driver.
I have never driven an ATV, is it difficult? ▼
Most people who come to us drive an ATV for the first time. The trail we drive on is mostly flat and considered easy difficulty. Driving an ATV is handle-driven like a motorcycle or bicycle. After a few minutes, you will get used to it very quickly and be able to enjoy the whole trail. A guide drives in front of you, showing the way and giving additional instructions if needed.
What about safety? Are there safety rules? ▼
Sure! With all the fun, it is important to remember that the ATV is a vehicle like any other. Before going out, the guide will conduct a safety briefing for all group members and if you need further explanation, the guide will gladly help. It is important to adhere to safety rules. The size of the ATV and the fact that it is open allows for a fun ride, but it must be done with caution. Safety above all!

How many people ride on each vehicle? ▼
On an ATV, 2 participants are allowed to ride by law. There is a total weight limit of 150 kg. On a Ranger, up to 4 participants are allowed by law (no weight limit).
What are the working hours and when do tours leave? ▼
We work year-round, including weekends and holidays. A tour leaves every two hours. Working hours are every day from 9 AM to 8 PM.
What should I bring with me to the tour? ▼
You must bring your driver's license and water. It is recommended to arrive in closed shoes. It is important to arrive on time and don't forget phones for photos!
What is the minimum age to participate in the tour? ▼
The minimum age depends on the vehicle: RZR buggies from 5 years old, ATVs from 8 years old. For the Family Ranger buggy, there are no age limits.
